59:1 Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: 59:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. 59:3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness. 59:4 None calls for justice, nor any pleads for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity. 59:5 They hatch cockatrice’ eggs, and weave the spider’s web: he that eats of their eggs dies, and that which is crushed breaks out into a viper. 59:6 Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands. (Isaiah 59:1-6 KJV)

          Isaiah pleaded with his people then and they would not listen, and the same thing is happening today while the people are not listening. One of the steps to save yourself and possibly the world is to take the hand of God and follow His commandments. Another is to pray and be sincere and the Lord will hear you and, if you have been right with God, grant your request.

          People have the blood of wrong doings on their hands while they spew multiple lies, constantly lying, about everything, especially about what they do and think. Look at the border situation as one example. For quite some time the Democrats have presented bills to address the situation at the border. The Republicans have not let them reach the floor of the House for a vote. They, at one point, said ex-president Trump did not want it because it would hurt him for re-election. Then the Republicans say it is President Biden’s fault. Their lips have told a lie.

          Every time a Republican speaks, and they are fact checked, there are lies. Another example is the Republicans say the trial that the ex-president was convicted as a felon in was caused by President Biden and his DOJ and no one else would have been treated that way. That was another perverse lie. If you or I had been in the same position as the ex-president was in, we would have been in jail the first time, we disregarded a gag order as well as the other things that happened in court. Verse 6 say a lot and the ex-president, and his enablers/followers will reap the raft of God. When that time comes do not say ‘but’ because the Lord knows how you truly felt and what you said. You cannot lie to the Lord nor get forgiveness when your time is up.

          Why people, why? Why kiss the feet of the false God that say he will fix it but have not given a blueprint of how it will be fixed? Why people, why listen to someone that is surely looking out for himself, not you? Why people, why follow a man that only like people that look like him and have said so? There are so many things wrong with that picture that it is a waste of time to add more and there is much more that can be said. But would you listen and not be a defender? Why people, why?
