17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth. 18 If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub. (Luke 11:17-18 KJV)
This country have been a divided country from the beginning of it’s existence. From the original people, Indians, to the present time. In saying this, I will start with the American Indian people and how a country filled with Indians divided itself. Different tribes of Indians constantly fought each other and ended with settlers taking the land. Before the settlers there were different nations, Spanish, French, etc., evading from the south. The settlers came from the east, setting up forts and communities along the way. The soldiers fought the Indians and, because the Indians were divided, took the land and relocated as many Indians as they could. The Indian house was badly divided and they paid the price for that division.

As another example, in World War II the Germans were winning the war but, other than the overwhelming number of of fighters against them, they had to fight on many fronts that divided them and thinned their forces badly. If their forces had stayed mostly together, fought on as little fronts as possible and didn’t have people within their own force against them, they would have won the war.

At the present time, we have a country badly divided and, no matter what we may do or say, will remain that way for the foreseeable future. There are many political factions that want it their way and their way is the only way. No compromise. This also applies to the new presidential administration that is in office and they have said things to divide our people even more. I, for a time, shook my head in wonder but, after thinking a little more, saw what the problem was.

Everyone have done things thinking they were righteous but, in fact, they were Godless. They were doing things believing they were right and were doing things the way it was to be done but they, in fact, broke many commandments of God.

21 Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered. (Proverbs 11:21 KJV)

Understand, God can and will punish those that break his commandments. Sins are forgiven only if you atone for those sins and do it in time. Our governmental administration must quickly atone and start doing the right thing but I am not holding my breath because of the rhetoric that is coming from this administration. Being devious and outright telling lies is being as Godless as a person can be. Evidently this administration never read the Bible. Oh, I forgot, the head of the administration said he doesn’t read anything over five or six pages long. He also said he doesn’t read much at all. He said he rather have a synopsis of the reading matter.

There is much more but I will stop. I’m wondering what is to come and how will all this end. God will do what He have to do and there is nothing that can stop the punishment. I am praying that God will be merciful and remove the cancer that have hold onto this country. God will have His way and we will all have to pay for what is going on. God have mercy on us.
