1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: (Romans 13:1-3 KJV)
Everyone that is in charge or supervise in some way believe they have unbridled power, are powerful and, to a lot of them, they can’t be or should not be touched. These people feel they are above the law, above anyone or anything. These people believe, in a way, that they are not responsible for any situation because they usually have others do the deed and, if something goes wrong, they are too rich or powerful for anyone or anything to touch them. They either forget, do not believe or have never heard/read the scriptures to understand Romans 13:2 (KJV).
God does not care if they had someone else do the deed or that they truly believe they had no part in the deed and they caused or implied the deed to be done, which is counter to the word of God, they will receive the brand of damnation from God. If they do not do good and is not afraid of the powers of God, damnation awaits them. Also, if they do not do good nor praise God, damnation await them. Romans chapter thirteen can not be more forthcoming than what is written and no one is mightier than God nor can they outsmart God.
11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. (Romans 13:11-14 KJV)
When Paul wrote Romans he was not only writing to people of that era but to all eras and his writing still apply to everyone today. Carefully read Romans 13:11-14 (KJV) and adhere to His words because it is serious and those that fail to adhere is damned forever. Those that stick to the boasting power of the person in charge will forever walk in darkness, never to come into the light, never to see the brand new, peaceful day. They will be cast into damnation with the boastful, powerful one. Be cast into hell along with the ones that seem to think they are above God. They believe they can con or do anything to enrich their own small world and not be touched. God have the final say.
Finally, it reads in Romans thirteen verse fourteen that we must not look toward man but toward Jesus Christ to help us through this debacle of having unjust con artists who have sold their soul and now want ours. The devil want our soul and they are helping the devil to claim the souls of unopened eyes. Open your eyes and stay strong. Wait, have patience, cast off this devil and you shall receive the forgiving grace of God. If not, you will be damned into hell forever along with the ones that caused the happenings. God help us all.
