29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.   30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.   31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.   32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.   33 I have coveted no man’s silver, or gold, or apparel.   34 Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.   35 I have showed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.  (Acts 20:29-35 KJV)

As I think of the pandemic I thought of Paul in Acts. Paul was the one that not only thought of and did things in his present life but thought of things to come because he thought the earth would go on, would never end, whereby most people thought the end of the world was imminent.  However, as he was on his way out, said the wolves were coming to slaughter the sheep. That time in history have come and gone many times and it is here again. We, as a people, are facing imminent danger, facing the danger of blood thirsty wolves among us. What is ironical is that it is not wolves in sheep clothing but wolves that are out in the open. Most of us refuse to see them.

Verse thirty describes the politicians that are among us today. A federal government that care more for themselves than for the populace that they are sworn to serve and protect. A President that truly care for himself and want the people he encounters, as well as his supporters, to idolize him and obey his every command. He wants all people to come to him, praise him and obey what he says, right or wrong. As a true demon, an idol, he says he is never wrong and know everything.

The true heroes of this pandemic are the people that risk their lives for us. They are giving and are not receiving the life-saving equipment needed to save their lives but to save ours. They are the ones living the words of our Lord Jesus. They are living verse thirty-five. They are not only heroes but are spiritual. I salute them all because without their sacrifice more of us would die.

The federal government did not save our lives, all they did was hinder those that are trying to do what is needed. The wolves are vicious and will not stop unless we stop them ourselves. They will do anything and everything to satisfy themselves and the leader of the wolf pack, their idol. As it was said in days gone by, to kill a snake, chop off its head. Support the weak and rid us of the wolf and his supporters. We are the sheep and must band together to save us all. It will get worst if we continue under the present government. Action is required.
