When I was thinking about what to write next,this came to mind while watching “Power” on TV. In my opinion, the program exalts the bad people more than the good and it seem as though the bad guys can do anything and get away with it. In many cases, this may be true because the law is hamstrung in many ways. Everyone, in the USA, have their rights and the rights can be exploited for the evil gains of the bad people. They seem to have so much fun, in real life as well as in the movies and TV, but are they happy?. There, the good people suffer and don’t seem to gain a foot hold in order to better themselves but they seem to be happy.

However, the good sleep well and, eventually, will prosper from that goodness. Verse sixteen says that evil men can not sleep and the question would be why. It is because constant watch must be done in order to maintain the evil doings and to keep others from taking what they have acquired. It is done over and over again in the dark shadows of the street. The hoodlum life. Our young envy the hoodlum life and have, what they call fun, all night long and try to sleep all day long. Seldom coming into the light. However, they can’t sleep because they have to watch for the police. Can’t sleep because they have to watch for their friends trying to take a little or all of what they have. Can’t sleep because someone, maybe a rival gang, may try to kill them to further their own kingdom of crime.

How many bad guys die a peaceful death? How many bad guys really enjoy a peaceful life? How many bad guys really spend their days never worrying about what to do next or what is going to happen next? How many good people are relaxed and enjoy life? How many good people, even without a dime in their pocket, have a smile on their face and never worry about tomorrow? Good people are promised eternal life that is peaceful and glorious, a perfect forever day.
