In the beginning the Mother of all mankind began and, although there are skeptics in the geology of humans being traced back to Africa and one woman, it is still a fact. The DNA in all of us, man and woman, goes back to that one skeletal remains, Lucy (as the bones were named). It has been tried and tried, for many years, to disprove this but all was for naught. Why keep trying to disprove the fact that the oldest remains come from Africa and all mankind have DNA from this? Is it because it is Africa? I read in the New York Times (two days ago) that bones were found in Asia and that was where mankind began. They floated on logs across the small sea to Africa because that section of Asia was being decimated. I can not say but there are many things I do not understand, have doubts about and can not prove, one way or the other. But I do know, considering all, there was a first mother somewhere.

It was mother that begot children, reared them and the linage will continue until we destroy this earth and there is no more. But, the fact still will remain that mother was there and without mother there is not a you or us or however we care to phrase it. Without mother receiving the seed, growing the seed and birthing the seed, there is nothing. Man can only, like farming, plant the seed or fertilize the seed (egg). Only woman, man’s help mate, can carry the seed to fruition. Man and man can not bring forth a child and neither can woman and woman. It takes man and woman to begot a child. Let’s be clear about that because that is the only way we, as humans, are here.

I am not trying to be politically correct nor care to be. I am tired of the rhetoric, as should all that hear it. I am stating fact; a biological truth. Plants and a few animals are allogamous and become morphs. Mankind is not one of these and will cease to exist without male and female interactions. I watch the Eagle cam that is set up to watch the breeding, hatching and rearing of the eaglets that are high in a tree, going about their bird rearing business. They are just like mankind and most other living things, flesh and plant. The male fertilizes the egg, the female bears the growing egg for a while and, later, gives birth. Watching the eagle is interesting, seeing how the male brings food, mainly fish, and he eats. Watching mama putting food in her mouth and, with that, feed the kids before she settle down to eat. She keeps them warm by sitting on them until they get enough feathers but she continue to feed them first as well as cleaning them (did mama change your diaper and wash your rear end?).

That is just like my mother, your mother, everyone’s mother. She will see to the kids first and then herself. Dad will bring home, as it is said, the bacon (food, money, etc.) but it is mama that takes care of the house, feed us, buy the clothes, wash, iron, do everything. Sure there are some stay at home dads today but I am speaking about the typical mama. She can not be replaced and we can not exist without her. I remember my mama and love my wife, as she is also a mama. You do the same because life without mama (female) means no life. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY
