False Prophet

15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. (Matthew 7:15-20 KJV)

False prophet! False prophet! Let that sink in and then think. Think hard and look around. Many are the false prophets in sheep clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. I have known many in my time and I do my best to avoid them. They are hard to avoid because there are so many of them. They are all around and they believe they can lure you with their lies and deceitful ways. Here in the USA we have one at the very top of the ladder. How did this happen, you ask?

A deceitful wolf will attempt to make anyone within ear shot believe everything that he say. Many people did and will reap the consequences of everything that sprouts from whatever he sowed. Now look at the fruit that grew. At the very top of this ladder he has placed his fruit. His fruit have learned and only know to be deceitful also. Nothing is plainly said nor the actions completed. Everything is done under a shroud of metaphoric words of which most have no meaning or the meaning is twisted in a way to better benefit his vine.

This passage in Matthew jumped out at me and made me stop and think of other blogs I have written. One of which refers to time and I stated what the Bible say. For one, God does things in his own time and God does not equate time the way we equate time. Then, God does things to require something to be done or force another thing to happen. Maybe these people are in the position to make something else happen. Or, they try to make something else happen. But, if you follow Jesus, all we have do is wait and let it happen because we are the children of God and He will not put more on us than we can bear. We will have to be like Job and stand by God and be patient. These people are there to put us to the test. Stand by God.

These people can not be talked to nor do they want to see or hear your point of view. Try talking to them and they will attempt to speak louder, argue or simply walk away in a huff. That vine or tree is bearing more and more evil fruit. Even the person at the top of the ladder will walk out in a huff if something is said that he doesn’t like. He even have a weird way of understanding history, quote it wrongly and doesn’t want to be corrected in any way shape or form. When shown the truth, to him and his minions, it is wrong or they try to twist it to show they are right. They are never wrong, according to them.

I, at times, have been wrong about something or the other. But, I will be the first to say I was wrong or I was mistaken if I am shown where I erred. Not so with these people. It is the seed and it’s fruit and it is evil and will surely be cut down and thrown into the fire. Be like Job. Endure and wait for God’s plan to bear fruit. Do not do thing wrongly because you do not like this person and bring the wrath of God upon yourself. Be like Job and God will eventually right the situation. The fruit will eventually wither and fall and the the vine will follow. It is quite possible that the root will falter and the entire plant will fail. Be like Job and wait.
