1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made.   And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?  2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:  3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.   4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:  5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.  (Genesis 3:1-5 KJV)

Thinking about the impeachment trial I see underhandedness, not a true trial at all, and I see the work of the serpent, the head of the cult (see my other blog www.tega227.com titled “Cult” posted 2-1-2020). The serpent is a shrewd entity that will do anything to have his way, including lying and not telling the whole truth. The Congressional party of the serpent are serpent themselves. They abet the leader of the group so that he may continue whatever he is doing and for their own enrichment and empowerment.

God is watching and His timing may not be ours but His is always on time in correcting the evil events and punishing the abettors. God punished Adam and Eve for disobeying Him and He punished the serpent for leading them astray. God will let things go awry for a while and, in His own timing, He will set things straight. Whatever His timing may be, I am like Job and will await the Lord.

11 Surely the serpent will bite without enchantment;  and a babbler is no better. (Ecclesiastes 10:11 KJV)

As it is written in Ecclesiastes, the cult leader and serpent are the same, they are one. His biting words and actions against others tell all there is to know about him. Too bad his supporters do not want to acknowledge the evil things that are being done. Too bad his enablers, his abettors, his supporters, whatever you may call them are to follow him into the fiery pit of hell. That serpent will talk circles around anyone that will listen, and, at the same time, he is lying or is very confused. The serpent and his supporters have one a tactic that is very irritating. They will talk to you and when you try to say something, they will get louder and louder and speak very fast, hoping you will either agree with them or give up and go away.

9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:  he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. (Revelation 12:9 KJV)

Here we see the serpent and his cronies are cast out. All that must be done is wait because we do not know what God have for us nor do we know what He is trying to do. Just wait and let God do what He will. Like Job, we may have to go through more outlandish things, but it will all balance out in the end.
